This coat fits like and denim dream. I love the chore jacket style pockets and overall shape. The sleeves are like a kimono style sleeve and is fully lined with a soft white cotton fabric. This is a drop shoulder style so there is no actual shoulder seam, which leaves it open to fit interpretation. It is in excellent, gently worn condition.

I would call this a Small / Medium going by the sleeve length on me, but there is some room to move overall with this style everywhere else. As usual please refer to the below measurements for most accurate fit.
